We approached the reef
and went beyond to Caye Caulker.
|
Once we returned, it
was time to visit the market. In front of the supermarket was a statue
of their patron saint, St. Peter.

By golf cart, we visited
the North side of the island. The only way to cross the river cut is by
hand ferry.
|
The operators manually
pull the entire golf cart over along with any cyclists or pedestrians
that need to cross the river.
